Beacons Earn NABC Academic Excellence Awards

EUGENE, Ore.  – The Bushnell Men’s Basketball team once again earned the National Association of Basketball Coaches Team Academic Excellence Award, as recently announced by the NABC.

The NABC Team Academic Excellence Awards recognize men’s basketball programs that completed the 2023-2024 academic year with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher.

In addition, Bushnell earned seven selections to the NABC Honors Court. The Honors Court includes juniors, seniors, and graduate men’s basketball players who finished the year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.

Beacons included in the Honors Court this year were Aaron von BruckAlexis AngelesJackson GielishSpencer HoffmanKaden SandKell Schwers, and Luke Smith.
