The International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) is pleased to announce that Dr. Latrissa Lee Neiworth has been appointed as the next Vice President of IACBE Region 7 – Northwest. Dr. Neiworth, a dedicated educator and leader in business education, brings extensive experience in curriculum development, accreditation, and academic leadership to this role.
As Vice President, Dr. Neiworth will be responsible for planning and organizing the fall Regional Assembly Conference, collaborating with regional leadership to set the conference theme, develop the agenda, and facilitate knowledge-sharing opportunities for members. This role is instrumental in fostering professional development, networking, and strategic initiatives that enhance the impact of IACBE-accredited programs within the Northwest region.
Dr. Neiworth currently serves as the Dean of the College of Professional Studies which includes overseeing the School of Business, Leadership, and Technology at Bushnell University, where she has played a key role in developing a strategic plan to increase enrollment, expanding relationships with business leaders in the community, and building multi-disciplinary offerings. With a strong background in accreditation and assessment, she has led efforts to enhance academic quality and continuous improvement at her institution.
“I am honored to serve as Vice President of IACBE Region 7 and look forward to working alongside my colleagues to support and strengthen business education programs in our region,” said Dr. Neiworth. “Collaboration and innovation are key to the future of business education, and IACBE provides an invaluable platform for institutions to grow and thrive.”
Dr. Neiworth will serve a two-year term as Vice President before assuming the role of Regional Assembly President. The IACBE community congratulates her on this achievement and looks forward to her leadership in the years ahead.
