Nursing Practice Lab Open House & Dedication on February 3

EUGENE, Ore.— Bushnell University’s School of Nursing is hosting an open house and dedication for their new Practice Lab on Thursday, February 3 from 5pm to 6pm. The new Practice Lab is part of the Venture Forward capital campaign efforts Bushnell launched in the Fall of 2021 and will be housed in the first floor of Womack Hall, formerly the Phoenix Inn, Bushnell’s newest residence hall.

 

On January 10, 2022 Bushnell University expanded their Nursing school with the addition of the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing where students with a bachelor’s degree can transition in just 12 months to a new career in nursing.

 

Dr. Linda Veltri, Dean of Nursing, Dr. Dennis Lindsay, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Joe Womack, President of Bushnell University will speak at the dedication.  Packaged treats, coffee, and tea will be provided during the open house. Parking is available in Bushnell University lots and the event will comply with CDC mask guidelines.
