About Bushnell’s Family Weekend

October 23-25, 2026

Each year, we invite you to join your student on campus to spend a day in classrooms, attend a Trivia Beacon Night, meet professors and staff, watch athletic games and much more! Family Weekend is designed to give you a glimpse of your student’s day to day life as a Beacon. We partner with hotels in the area to offer parents discounts when available. Athletics

Cheer on the Beacons at a home volleyball match or a home soccer game!

Family Brunch

Join President Womack and current students for a Family Brunch and hear student testimonials about their experience at Bushnell!

Activities

Spend a day in classrooms with your student, enjoy a meal together, pick up some swag at the Beanery, and take in a school music performance. Plus, don’t miss the chance to compete in a fun game of Bushnell Family Feud during Family Weekend activities!

4:30 PM	Women’s Soccer vs. Corban University @ Civic Park
7:00 PM	Men’s Soccer vs. Corban University @ Civic Park

Friday, October 17

10:00 AM	Check-in (Student Life/Womack Hall; anytime between 11 AM – 5 PM)
	Visit Classrooms (any time during the day; prior arrangement with student and professor required)
12:00 PM	Lunch with your Student – Cafeteria
	Dinner on your own
6:00 PM	Volleyball vs The College of Idaho @ Morse Center
8:00 PM	FAMILY FEUD @ Ross Evans Chapel (After VB Game)

Saturday, October 18

10:00 AM	Family Brunch @ Bucher Room
11:00 AM	Operation Christmas Child / Family Prayer @ Bucher Room
12:00 PM	Goodrich Hall Open House & Tours Baseball vs Mt. Hood Community College @ Hamlin Sports Complex
