Center for Calling and Community

The Center for Calling and Community brings together Bushnell University’s work in ministry training, spiritual formation, vocation, and community engagement. Rooted in Bushnell’s Christ-centered mission, the Center equips students, faculty, staff, alumni, churches, and community partners to discern their calling, deepen their faith, and serve with wisdom and compassion.

As a collaborative initiative between Academic Affairs and Student Development, the Center creates opportunities for learning, service, leadership, and meaningful engagement that prepare students to make a lasting impact in their communities and around the world.

Helping Students Discover Their Calling

The Center exists to help every member of the Bushnell community connect faith with vocation. Through academic programs, campus ministries, partnerships, grants, and service opportunities, we encourage students to discover how their gifts and calling can make a meaningful difference in the church, workplace, and world.

Through undergraduate and graduate programs, students develop theological understanding, practical ministry skills, and spiritual formation that equip them to serve in churches, nonprofits, and communities.
